Place mats or table runner Supplies Sewing machine with 1/4" foot and open toe piecing foot Medium size rotary cutting mat Rotary cutter Rotary ruler 24” Size 70 needles in machine Scissors Seam ripper 12" add a quarter (preferred) School glue stick NOT jumbo size Glue pen (sew line, bohin or similar) Purple Thang (optional) Neutral cotton thread Straight pins, flat flower head or small headed pins Small Iron (not full size) Pressing mat Fabric requirements 1 package of 2 1/2” strips (jelly roll is great) Strips can be a variety of colors or just two colors 5/8 yard black fabric Mary Wakeley - 815-712-6169 Kit - $20.00 Paper pattern Paper foundation to sew on Plastic fold template Paper clips Description If you ever wanted to try foundation paper piecing, but thought it to hard.
