So you have a 4" border  that you want to put crosshatching in but then you discover that the standard 1"  stencil is too wide. Look no further. Dorie and The Stencil Company have designed a  group of grid stencils that are measured on the diameter, not the straight edge.  Both the Square grid and the Diamond grid come in a 1", 2" or 3" wide  diameter.  Great  for crosshatching or for stitching out any of the connecting designs from  Dorie's book Making Connections.
